Inspired by the Oxford Botanic Garden, artist Claudia Clare has made a
ceramic tea service that not only represents plants but explores issues of plant
gathering, food production and trade. Expect to be amazed. The exhibition, “The
World Service”, is at the Museum of Oxford from 5 June to 12 July, then heads
off to Cambridge’s Primavera from 21 July to 16 August, ending in the autumn at
the Museum of Garden History in Lambeth, London, from 23 October to 16
November.
